- Appointment Changes and Cancellations:
- If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time.
- We will make every effort to accommodate your request and find a suitable alternative appointment slot, subject to availability.
- No Refunds:
- We regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds for any services availed at our clinic.
- Once services have been rendered, they are considered non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances.
- Replacement of procedure/session and any amount of refund is not possible. For any treatment once completed or not, including the package paid in advance as per the clinic policies refund is not allowed.
- Unsatisfaction and Concerns:
- If you are unsatisfied with your recent visit or have concerns about the services you received, please inform us promptly.
- We value your feedback and will make every effort to address your concerns and provide a satisfactory resolution.
- Exclusions:
- Products or items purchased from our clinic, such as therapy aids or equipment, are subject to their own respective return policies. Please inquire with our staff regarding the specific return policy for such items.
