Dr. Alolama has held senior executive roles at the highest levels of public and philanthropic service, including serving as Chief Executive Officer of Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives and as the Founding CEO of Al Jalila Foundation.

During his career, he has led the commissioning and operationalization of landmark healthcare institutions, including Al Jalila Children’s Hospital and Hamdan Bin Rashid Cancer Hospital, and has pioneered national innovations such as the UAE’s first national BioBank and advanced robotic biobanking platforms.

Dr. Alolama’s leadership philosophy is shaped by global academic training and exposure to world-class institutions. He is a graduate of Harvard Kennedy School, Harvard Medical School, Boston University, and the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, and is currently pursuing advanced studies in Global Health Leadership at the University of Oxford.

He has also deepened his expertise in emerging technologies and artificial intelligence through executive education at MIT, with a focus on the application of AI to healthcare systems, governance, and long-term societal impact.
